How we price
We price on square footage, condition and access. A third floor walk up with no elevator costs more than a ground floor unit, and we tell you why. Recurring work gets a lower rate once we know the space.

New builds and renovations
Builders in Boston call us for the three stages of a job: keeping the site workable, the rough clean before handover, and clearing everything that is left.
Floors, fixtures and surfaces after the trades finish. Drywall dust vacuumed out of every corner, paint spots off glass and hardware, grout haze cleared, cabinets wiped inside and out, fixtures polished for the final walk.

Demo debris, old cabinets, carpet, appliances, basement and garage clear outs. We carry it down, sweep behind it and take it to a licensed transfer station with a receipt for your file.

Inside the home
Floors
Hardwood cleaned and buffed, tile and grout scrubbed with a rotary machine, vinyl stripped and resealed, carpet hot water extracted. We tell you honestly when a floor needs a refinisher instead of a cleaner.
Upholstery
Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses. Fabric tested first, then pre treated, extracted and air moved so it is dry and usable the same evening. Pet odor and coffee are our two most common calls.
Water tanks
Roof and basement tanks drained, sludge removed, walls brushed, rinsed and sanitized, then refilled and logged with a dated certificate for building records.
